Job Description

Identifying and analyzing business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions meet business needs.
This role will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clinical stakeholders, healthcare operations, and the technology implementation teams. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, aligning system functionalities with healthcare workflows, and supporting the implementation of Healthcare Information Systems (HIS), as well as ensuring compliance with healthcare accreditation standards.
Work with business stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Gather and document requirements and create functional specifications for development teams.Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure that solutions meet business needs.Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation.Perform data analysis and develop data models and workflows.Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.Provide training and support to end-users.Continuously evaluate and improve processes and proceduresReview the training material and user manual and conducts package specific training for the client.Develop and review the SOW (statement of work) before signed.Evaluate vendors with collaboration with the Pre-Sales team.Participate in the initiatives and R&D if needed.Review/Compile the compliance Matrix to demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed IT platform and submits presales team to compliable in the overall proposal.Conduct awareness session to the project team to explain project scope and objectives.Review all the TO BE processes and applications requirement deliverables developed by the Software Architect to ensure technical soundness, adherence to the project scope and meeting the customer expectations.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in HIS modules such as EMR, LIS, RIS, pharmacy, inventory, billing, and patient administration.Support UAT planning, test case development, and execution in collaboration with end users.Track and resolve HIS-related issues and change requests using project tracking tools.Ensure that HIS configurations support healthcare accreditation requirements (e.g., JCI, CBAHI, CAP, etc.).Assist in the mapping of digital workflows to accreditation standards and recommend system enhancements accordinglyPersonal Skills

Technical Skills-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Computer Science or Engineering
-6+ years of experience
-Experience in working with various business domains, such as finance, human resources, telecom, digital, utilities and operations.
-Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA and Trello.
-Knowledge of SQL and experience in querying databases is a plus.
-Experience in using data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
-Familiarity with requirements management tools, such as Rational DOORS and ARIS
-Passionate about design solutions and do necessary customization with collaboration with the team or himself/herself to fulfill the customer requirements.EducationB.Sc. of Engineering, Computer Science
