Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of the largest home improvement retailer in Saudi Arabia.Work Location : Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaThe Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires. This role involves coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process, ensuring that new employees are integrated into the company culture and equipped with the necessary tools and information to succeed in their roles. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive onboarding experience.Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
  • Develop and manage the onboarding process for new employees, including the creation and delivery of orientation programs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets for new employees.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company’s policies, procedures, culture, and values.
  • Facilitate introductions between new hires and their teams, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure new employees complete all required paperwork and training modules.
  • Track and monitor the progress of new hires during the onboarding process, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from new hires to continually improve the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding activities.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are looking for candidates who have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding or employee engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
