Purpose of the jobHandling USSD projects as Dev-Ops model, starting from feasibility study, integration, Go-live activities, in addition to handling operational tasks after going live.Duties and responsibilities

Developing new services & advancing changes in existing USSD flows.
Handling deployments on USSD platform.
Monitoring service KPIs for all USSD services, and ensuring service stability.
Performing regular checks on USSD platform for ensuring operations efficiency.
Tackling any global or individual incident related to USSD.
Maintaining accountability of new systems upgrades & extensions.
Accepting and validating new features implementation, and software upgrades.
Performing planned actions during low traffic & handling open cases with vendors & customer complaints related to regular On-call duties.

Job specificationEducationBachelor degree in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.Experience0 - 2 years of experience in telecom industry.Skills and abilities

Very good English both written and spoken.
Very good Microsoft office knowledge.
Good UNIX admin skills.
Basic networking skills.
Project management Skills
