- Developing new services & advancing changes in existing USSD flows.
- Handling deployments on USSD platform.
- Monitoring service KPIs for all USSD services, and ensuring service stability.
- Performing regular checks on USSD platform for ensuring operations efficiency.
- Tackling any global or individual incident related to USSD.
- Maintaining accountability of new systems upgrades & extensions.
- Accepting and validating new features implementation, and software upgrades.
- Performing planned actions during low traffic & handling open cases with vendors & customer complaints related to regular On-call duties.
- Very good English both written and spoken.
- Very good Microsoft office knowledge.
- Good UNIX admin skills.
- Basic networking skills.
- Project management Skills
