Responsible for implementing and managing total rewards in the region of Middle East, Turkey, Africa, Pakistan in alignment with the global policies
Partner with a globally diverse reward team, with forward looking programs and frameworks
Collaborate with HR colleagues to adapt programs to manage costs, improve employee experience and optimize delivery of rewards within the region
Own the reward agenda as the subject matter expert withing the HR community in the region, providing strong partnership with HR colleagues and business leaders on local rewards topics and challenges
Evaluates effectiveness of rewards in assigned countries, identify opportunities to drive improvements, implement those changes and ensure effective communication to the relevant stakeholder groups
