This person should rapidly learn new technologies either through self-learning, mentorship, or training. This individual is required to support, implement, and document all assigned projectsRoles and Responsibilities- Implement programming programs/projects simultaneously
- Accountable for elements of design specs and resolve feasibility
- Multitask and be able to handle more than one project simultaneously
- Interact & handle Key Stakeholders & across departments and notifies managers of any risk to time, cost or scope
- Create and maintain project & process documentations
- Accountable for financial monitoring of projects aspects, delivering within budget or highlighting any issues with respective Key Collaborators
- Follows all standard processes & checklists
- Providing consultancy up to level 3 projects
- Providing technical / communication guidance and sharing standard methodologies with team members
- Mentoring/leading the upskilling of at least 1 team member & helping them in achieving their objectives
- Able to fix or propose solutions to work
- Has a positive demeanour in all situations and Align with all the company protocols and guidelines
- Successful completion & certification on upskilling trainings to next desired levels (Level 1 to 3); Dimensions, Power BI, Nfield technologies/software
- Chipping in as an SME through SACT (Skill Assessment Certification and Training team)
- Supports on the delivering of the department’s objectives and initiatives
- Meets the expectations of defined performance metrics and competencies.Technical skills:- Experienced individual with 2-4 years of background in relevant industry
With preferably Computer-related courses such as Computer Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, educational background
▪ Other preferred courses are Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering and the like.
▪ Demonstrable understanding in Programming
▪ Exposure to statistical software is an advantage
- Authority in SPSS/Dimension/NField Software/any other MR software
- Experience and Expertise in using MS Office
- Working on Business Solutions (ex: TRI*M, CM, MDS ...) – more than two solutions
- Programming knowledge in Java, .net VB JSP, PHP etc.
- Signing off Scripts & Outputs- Knowledge in MS Visual Basic / Object Programming
- Awareness of SQL and relational databases
- VBA macros and .net skills
- HTML programming, Java script
- SQL and some database knowledge MS Access, linking databases for DP purpose
- Python and RSoft Skills and Behaviours:- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good decision making skills based on analysis, experience and judgment
- Developing good working relationships with Key Collaborators
- Flexibility to adjust to the changing work environment and needs to the team
- Positive demeanor. Take feedback positively and work on them to improve
- Can be counted on to exceed goals optimally
- Able to manage client communication, queries, critical issues independently and setting right expectations
- Able to work in a global cross cultural matrix environment. Knowledgeable of other regions and conscientious of different cultural norms/appropriate business conduct.
