Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Erector to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Erector will be responsible for the assembly and installation of structural components, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Assemble and install steel structures, frameworks, and other heavy equipment on-site.
Utilize lifting equipment and tools to securely position structural elements.
Ensure that all installations meet safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Perform quality inspections on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the erection process.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years experience as an Erector or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of structural assembly procedures and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with safety standards and protocols relevant to construction sites.
Excellent physical stamina and strength to handle equipment and materials.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with other trades.
Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Relevant certifications in construction or heavy equipment operation preferred.
