- Developing the Perfect Store in line with portfolio strategy and channel strategy through (Planograming, Instore Categories Building In line with portfolio Strategy and Channel Focus, Developing POSMs in line with the objective, Increase In-Store Visibility Touchpoints)
- Create shopper excitement to increase offtake using New Market Trends (Shopper Research), Market Events (Instore), Ushers (Instore Promoters) and Digitalization.
- Collects and analyzes "Internal & External" information to identify opportunities.
- Collaborates with Stakeholders "Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, External Agencies. etc." planning, budgeting, production and execution of all in-store activities.
- Budget Steering, to achieve the goals by analyzing financial KPIs and proactively steers profitability growth through ROI and ROS evaluations.
- Steers excellence in implementation of global innovations.
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing/Sales preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strategic thinking and planning.

- Presentation & analytical skills.
