We are seeking a passionate and talented IT Help Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues and providing remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware provisioning and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Desk Engineer, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
