The Contracts Engineer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to engineering, procurement, and construction projects. This role ensures that all contractual obligations are met, risks are managed, and agreements comply with legal, technical, and company requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and project requirements.
Support project teams with contract interpretation, administration, and dispute resolution.
Identify and assess contractual risks, proposing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with legal, commercial, procurement, and project management teams.
Maintain accurate records of all contract documents, amendments, and correspondence.
Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their contractual obligations.
Prepare claims, variations, and change orders in line with contract terms.
Participate in tendering processes by reviewing bid documents and providing contractual input.
Provide regular reports on contract status, risks, and performance to management.
