Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Salesforce Senior Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Define and drive Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and architecture for enterprise clients.
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining high quality.
Drive pre-sales activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and solutioning.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
12–15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven experience in managing large-scale Salesforce programs and teams.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
Global delivery experience and working with offshore teams.
