This position supports the Engineering team in upholding the brand’s high standards of luxury and functionality.What you will doPerform regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, chillers, exhaust fans, and refrigeration equipment.Diagnose and repair faults in AC and refrigeration systems quickly and efficiently.Monitor and adjust system performance to ensure optimal operation and energy efficiency.Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and refrigerant usage in accordance with safety regulations.Respond to service requests and resolve guest or staff AC issues in a timely manner.Ensure all work complies with local codes, Four Seasons safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.Collaborate with the Engineering team to support overall building systems and emergency repairs.Participate in preventive maintenance programs and contribute to long-term equipment reliability.What you bringTechnical diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in AC and refrigeration systems, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.Ability to read technical diagrams and equipment manuals.Basic proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations, including refrigerant handling.What we offerCompetitive salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent training and development opportunitiesComplimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniformsComplimentary employee mealsProvided uniforms, safety gear, and necessary toolsAccess to wellness and recreational facilities for staffSchedule & HoursFull-time position
