- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in plastic raw material sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Handle international sales and expand the company’s reach.
- Travel as required by management to meet business objectives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience mandatory in sales of plastic raw material industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate should have his own car. (Fuel will not be given separately)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
