The Beauty Specialist is responsible for providing professional beauty consultations, personalized product recommendations, and exceptional customer service to clients. They ensure an outstanding shopping experience by demonstrating expertise in skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance. The role involves educating customers on beauty trends, maintaining product knowledge, and achieving sales targets while upholding the brand’s standards. Additionally, the Beauty Expert fosters client relationships through consultations, product demonstrations, and enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Face and body skin analysis.

Skillfully applying beauty and body care treatments.

Managing appointments.

Welcoming guests with a smiling face.

Keeping guest contact information and treatment records up to date.

Advise on products and techniques according to guests' needs.

Support cross-selling of beauty products and additional treatments where appropriate.

Cleaning of all related areas and sterilization of equipment before and after the application.

To have sufficient knowledge about the beauty treatments and beauty products used in the facility.

Providing the necessary trainings and examinations on Occupational Health and Safety.

Performing the duties deemed necessary in line with the instructions of his/her superior.

To act in accordance with the sustainability policies of the facility, to fulfill the duties assigned in sustainability studies.
