Job Description:Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an ERP & SCM Solution Architect - Oracle Expert for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary solution architect for ERP and SCM domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and global best practices.
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle ERP and SCM solutions across modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Planning.
Act as a key point of contact for the client, working closely with the Engagement Manager and delivery teams.
Replace the current UK-based lead and ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
Provide strategic guidance and architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Drive workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder presentations.
Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations.
Requirements:
10-15 years of experience in ERP and SCM solution architecture, with a strong focus on Oracle applications.
Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-country ERP/SCM implementations.
Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
Experience working in multicultural environments and managing global teams.
Fluent in English; French fluency is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle certifications in ERP and SCM modules.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions.
