
Office Manager to CEO, Large Group , Cairo

- - Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- - Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and directing calls and emails
- - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- - Coordinate and oversee special projects and events, both internal and external
- - Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- - Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports
- - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- - Provide support to other members of the executive team as needed
- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization
- - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- - Fluent in English and Arabic
- - Knowledge of local business practices and culture is an asset
