
Support Engineer - Microsoft

- Provide Tier 1–2 support for Microsoft platforms including Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or remote tools.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or Microsoft Premier Support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures.
- Assist with system installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Educate users on best practices and new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
