Senior Sales Coordinator (Engineer)

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to oversee and manage projects related to Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
• The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution, and liaising between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• This role requires project management skills, technical knowledge of UPS systems, and the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion efficiently.

• Oversee and coordinate UPS system projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery
• Work closely with sales, presales, procurement, and installation teams to align project objectives and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans
• Prepare and present project progress reports, documentation, and performance metrics to management

• Proven experience in project coordination within the UPS, power, or electrical engineering industry
• Strong understanding of UPS systems
• Familiarity with project management and procurement processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
