- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and preparing documents.
- Assist with general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and staff.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanour and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
