In this role, you’ll be the key contributor to designing and building our new Help Center, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce to enhance client and team communication.What you will do as a Senior Software Developer (Backend - Java)...

Architect and develop scalable, high-performance Java-based applications and microservices.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations for the Help Center.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and prioritize requirements.
Translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

What we are looking for…

6+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on Java.
Proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
Hands-on expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English.

Desirable (but not required):

Familiarity with Salesforce APIs.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
