Job Family: Design & TechnicalJob Summary:The Architect Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. This role supports the design and construction process by producing accurate and high-quality technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
Convert conceptual designs into technical drawings for construction and approval.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy.
Revise drawings based on feedback and changes during the design and construction phases.
Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Assist in preparing presentation materials and 3D visualizations when required.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify design feasibility.
Collaborate with the project team to resolve design-related issues during construction.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in the construction or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with GCC standards and regulations is an advantage.
