Job Title: Appointment Setter (SaaS)Location: Remote

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Performance BonusesAbout the Role:Were looking for a driven, confident Appointment Setter with a strong American accent to join our growing sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for our Account Executives.This is a high-impact role that blends communication skills with grit. If you're someone who thrives on conversations, handles objections like a pro, and is hungry to grow in SaaS sales lets talk.What You'll Do:Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedInEngage and qualify leads based on our ideal customer profileSet high-quality appointments for Account ExecutivesFollow up with warm leads and no-showsTrack all activity in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Hit and exceed weekly KPIs (calls, bookings, show rate)Requirements:Strong American accent with excellent spoken English1+ year in sales, appointment setting, or customer service (preferably in SaaS or tech)Comfortable making high volumes of outbound callsStrong objection-handling and persuasion skillsFamiliar with CRMs and remote sales toolsCoachable, self-motivated, and results-orientedReliable internet connection and quiet work environmentBonus Points For:Experience setting appointments for SaaS, real estate tech, or high-ticket servicesKnowledge of sales workflows, funnels, or SDR tacticsFamiliarity with tools like GoHighLevel, ZoomInfo, or SalesloftWhat We Offer:Competitive base + commission structureRemote work with flexible hoursFast-track growth into Closer, Account Executive, or Sales Manager rolesFun, high-performance team cultureSales training and professional development
