Implements proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
Creates plans for target audience visits and conducts regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.
Establishes and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.
Ensures a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities.
Provides customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the design institutes and technical consultants.
Ensures efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.
