Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with the company’s business strategy and technical landscape.

• Define CRM architecture frameworks, solution design patterns, and configuration best practices for functional and technical teams to ensure consistent and efficient implementations.

• Translate business and functional requirements into Dynamics 365 CRM technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and the Dynamics 365 CRM solution design.

• Continuously monitor advancements in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and related technologies, applying relevant updates and innovations to improve solution effectiveness and business value.

• Evaluate and recommend CRM-related tools, ISV solutions, and integration approaches to optimize system performance, security, and scalability.

• Lead the adoption of new Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform features and methodologies to maintain technical excellence and competitive advantage.

• Participate in client meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions to communicate how the proposed Dynamics 365 CRM solution addresses business challenges.

• Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role.
• Guide and support less experienced team members by providing technical oversight, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to best practices within the Dynamics 365 CRM domain.

• Bachelor of engineering, computer science or any relevant field

• 7 to 10 years of experience in a relevant position.

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dynamics 365 customization tools (plugins, workflows, web resources).

• Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions.
