- Assist in maintaining up-to-date organizational charts, board structures, and governance registers.
- Support the logistics and documentation of governance processes such as board and committee meetings.
- Help gather and organize inputs for governance reviews and assessments.
- Support the drafting, formatting, and tracking of policies and procedures.
- Maintain the policy repository and assist in coordinating policy review cycles.
- Contribute to awareness initiatives and communications related to policies.
- Assist in coordinating with departments (e.g., Legal, HR, Internal Audit) during policy updates, compliance activities, or governance reporting.
- Maintain organized records, trackers, and templates to support internal audits or governance queries.
- Help develop compliance reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of the compliance framework across departments.
- Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure basic compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Conduct basic regulatory research under guidance and track changes that may affect internal policies.
- Assist in internal compliance reviews and basic risk identification exercises.
- Help document compliance gaps and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain logs and checklists for periodic compliance monitoring.
- Help prepare materials for compliance and governance training sessions.
- Support employee awareness initiatives on ethical behavior and regulatory requirements.
- Track participation in mandatory training programs
- Maintain the incident log and support the documentation of reported concerns or breaches.
- Assist in preparing internal summaries or analysis of compliance incidents.
- Help implement basic escalation procedures under supervision.
- Help organize internal documentation repositories and knowledge bases.
- Track policy and compliance updates for internal reference.
- Support the team in collecting best practices, tools, and case studies to improve internal capabilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, governance, policy, or legal support (Relevant field).
- Basic understanding of compliance and governance concepts.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulatory frameworks (e.g., data protection, company law).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to conduct basic regulatory research and policy reviews.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word for documentation and tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
