- facilitate meetings to connect stakeholders and reduce project delivery risks

- Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with excellent executive presence.
- Significant experience in managing and delivering medium to large teams on complex programs and projects.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
- Approximately 3-5+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and related work experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Technology consulting, technology transformation and enablement, Project / Program Management (PMO) - Agile / Waterfall, process design and re-engineering, end-to-end technology implementation, requirements analysis, testing support, change management, , strategy, and operations, RFP / Vendor selection and evaluation, ,maturity assessment, capability roadmap development, and digital design and enablement.
- Involvement in business development efforts. Experience with the end-to-end RFP process (RFP, Response, Proposal, Client Presentation, SOW and Execution) and understanding of client procurement processes. Experience in proposal-writing and presenting during RFP process
- Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels
- Ability to formulate and articulate questions to facilitate a quick understanding of a client's business
- Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies and willingness to learn how to configure them
- Strong intellectual abilities and rigor balanced with practical sense of what works and what does not
- Strive to lead themselves, their teams, and their communities, and who can foster effective teamwork to drive results
