Job Description:The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right policies, processes and practices across IT teams.The specific duties of an Operations Manager include improving performance. You should be ready to analyse reports of team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.Ultimately, well trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.Responsibilities

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, time-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Find ways to increase quality of IT services

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as Operations procedures Manager or similar role
Knowledge of effectiveness process management
Excellent communication skills

Required Skills

Years of Experience Required 7 - 10
Understanding of Technology governance
Ability to write comprehensive Polices, Processes and Procedures
Experience in Process Design in consistent with overall governance aspects
