- Lead and supervise all phases of civil construction on site, ensuring alignment with project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare executive reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues on-site.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree is a plus).
- 2025 years of proven on-site experience in construction, including at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in Red Sea coastal projects or similar large-scale developments is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project planning tools.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Willingness to be based in Port Ghalib, Marsa Alam full-time.
- A leadership role in a landmark project in one of Egypts most unique coastal destinations.
