- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with fintech firms, financial institutions, and technology providers.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all partners, ensuring effective communication and goal alignment.
- Negotiate and close deals that deliver mutual value and long-term collaboration.
- Oversee the implementation, performance, and value delivery of each partnership.
- Monitor partnership metrics and provide insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate with partners to launch joint products, services, and campaigns.
- Ensure integration of partnership activities within internal operations.
- Lead negotiations and ensure clear, favorable partnership terms.
- Work closely with Legal to ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal aspects of agreements.
- Track key metrics including revenue impact, user growth, and customer retention.
- Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Adapt partnership strategies based on market insights and performance data.
- Stay informed on fintech trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Proactively address issues or conflicts in partnerships and offer creative, solutions-focused problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior partnerships or business development role, preferably in the fintech sector.
- Proven success in managing strategic partnerships in financial services, technology, or fintech.
- Experience with negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements.
- Knowledge of payment systems, digital banking, blockchain, or lending platforms is a plus.
