Job Description:Job Summary:We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the development of an enterprise-level reporting and analytics product built on Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product vision, define the roadmap, drive business value, and deliver scalable reporting solutions for enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise reporting needs.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather feedback to shape product features.
Prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog using Agile methodologies.

Technical Ownership

Collaborate with engineering teams to design technical solutions based on Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, and optionally OCI.
Ensure seamless integration with Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion) and external systems via APIs.
Define and oversee data visualization, dashboard, automation, and AI-enhanced reporting features.

Business Analysis & Planning

Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct cost-benefit and feasibility analysis to support product investment decisions.

Go-to-Market & Marketing Support

Work with marketing and sales to develop product positioning, launch plans, and messaging.
Support creation of sales collateral, case studies, and demo content for go-to-market activities.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the voice of the customer in all stages of product development.
Coordinate product demos, collect feedback, and define improvement cycles.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
+5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in enterprise software.
Strong technical background with Oracle technologies, especially Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Oracle DB.
Experience in BI/reporting tools and enterprise data architecture.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience in business analysis and translating technical specs into product features.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion) integrations.
Experience working with OCI or other cloud platforms.
Exposure to AI/ML in reporting or natural language query systems.
Prior experience launching enterprise SaaS or hybrid (on-prem + cloud) products.
