Foreman - Civil (Abu Dhabi)

• Supervise and lead construction teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure efficient use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to crew members according to project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress and safety reports.
• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a vocational or technical certification in construction management is a plus.
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role within the civil construction industry.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations in Abu Dhabi is an advantage.
