Technical Application Engineer
Responsibilities: ◻️ð Deal with current customers and respond to all enquiries/complaints via phone calls/e-mails/website / customer-client visits efficiently and effectively in line with established policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer-client loyalty.ð Update CRM & ERP system with customer, Calendar, and scheduled customer visits, delivery, collection, and services.ð Interact with senior sales engineers and sales supervisors, keeping them informed of relevant enquiries and providing back-up and administrative support to ensure the efficiency of sales operationsð Liaise with proposals, design, and operations departments to prioritize efforts and improve customer service, consistent with overall organizational goals and the strategy’s objective.
