To create a connected and resilient world, shaping cities and building thriving communities and helping our clients realise ambitions beyond delivery.The project:A large-scale residential development comprising of mixture of luxurious homes, commercial zones and high-end schools surrounded by large green spaces and landscape.You’ll be responsible for:

Preparing and executing contract documentation, warranties, bonds and licenses.
Administering construction contracts and ensuring compliance with terms.
Valuing completed work, managing variations, and maintaining cost control.
Producing and presenting post-contract cost reports to clients.
Evaluating claims and negotiating final accounts to safeguard outcomes.
Leading and coaching cost consultants and professional teams.
Driving process improvements and delivering transformational change.
Building strategic relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

Relevant middle east experience.
Degree qualification.
Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent).
