- Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas, taking detailed notes and tracking action items.
- Monitor project progress and assist in the identification of any potential issues or delays.
- Support the project manager in resource allocation and budget tracking.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
- Prepare regular project status reports and update project management tools as needed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination or administration is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
