We are looking for a skilled and experienced Utilities Maintenance Head to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional products to our customers.Job Overview:As the Utilities Maintenance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all facitlies , utilities in our large food factory. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all equipment is running smoothly and efficiently, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that they are trained and equipped to handle any maintenance tasks that arise.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all utilities and equipment in the food factory, including but not limited to HVAC systems, boilers, refrigeration units, and electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that all equipment is regularly maintained and serviced.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling and assigning tasks, providing training and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, and maintenance schedules.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance For facilities , Utilities
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
