- Accurately process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring all wage calculations, deductions, and withholdings are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, wages, taxes, and deductions.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and provide expert guidance to employees on matters such as tax forms, social insurance calculation, pay statements, and other payroll-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively implement and monitor payroll changes or updates, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
- Prepare and submit required payroll tax reports, supporting documentation, and payments to the appropriate authorities.
- Stay up to date with relevant federal, state, and local payroll regulations to ensure compliance and execute necessary changes in policies or procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies or errors, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct quarter, annual settlement, and annual Tax inspection.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, social insurance and best practices.
- Proficiency in using payroll software, such as SAP to process payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in calculations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee payroll information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, provide clear and effective guidance to employees on payroll-related matters.
