- Different levels and mode of operation of stations (COCO, CODO, PCODO, DODO)
- Regular field visits to be in control of the activities and to know and understand the network and the assets condition.
- Promote HSEQ corporate policy among his team and the company.
- Ensure the implementation and conformity to HSEQ standards in all maintenance.
- Identify and implement all asset integrity and HSEQ mandatory upgrades and close all gaps.
- Assess the technical proposals to assure from applying the optimum technical specifications to leverage the savings in Co2 emissions and power consumption.
- Develop with contractors a comprehensive maintenance plan according to agreed budget and based on defined station categories & inform sales team.
- Maintenance and development of Network stations to protect and increase the equipment availability, performance & reduce breakdowns.
- Provide timely accurate Capex cost estimation for requested projects (proposed from himself or sales team).
- Daily follow up for the maintenance SLA, PM status & projects situation.
- Calling for needed tenders.
- Improve the new maintenance contracts to Fit the TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt & continuous Improvement standards.
- Management of external professionals, consultants & contractors of different competence levels.
- Manage new Installations in Capex projects and ensure delivery in accordance to budget, specification, quality, and schedule.
- Issue/improve & follow up maintenance key Performance Indicators as per set targets.
- Conducts audits of Contractors to ensure that their HSEQ Management System complies with TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt requirements.
- Conducts random audits on all sites during maintenance to ensure contractor and consultant compliance with TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt standards.
- Contribute in the technical & HSEQ training sessions for contactors & consultants.
- Prepare the monthly required reports (PM status, incidents status, maintenance visits reports, action plan updates & contractor performance evaluation report).
- Perform the weekly meetings with the contractors to discuss the HSEQ & performance targets.
- Source & select the contractors & consultant to provide the targeted maintenance, project quality & cost.
- University graduate; Mechanical / Electrical, or equivalent technical degrees.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, out of which 2 years in maintenance responsibility.
- Problem Solving and decision making.
- Strong knowledge & practices on HSEQ is a plus.
- Ability to empower, judgment and coaching characteristics.
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
- Fluency in English.
- Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations, …).
