- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Research and interpret new and evolving regulations and provide guidance to the organisation.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness across the company.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation.
- Monitor and report on key compliance metrics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with compliance management software is advantageous.
