- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement and drive HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet business needs.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness.
- Champion company culture and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.
- High level of adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
