Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Collaborate with leadership to implement and drive HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet business needs.
Manage employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
Design and deliver learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness.
Champion company culture and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.
High level of adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
