(NYSE: OMC).We are currently seeking a Senior Executive - SEO to join our team.As a Senior Executive SEO working remotely within a large, distributed team, you will lead and manage SEO initiatives across multiple clients, focusing on strategic communication, client relationships, and results-driven SEO solutions. Your role will involve developing and overseeing tailored SEO strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams. A key focus will be on effectively managing workflows, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering impactful results through coordinated efforts.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client SEO Strategy Development: Develop and tailor SEO strategies for diverse clients based on their specific goals, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Ensure alignment with each client's business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary SEO contact for clients, providing regular updates, performance reports, and strategic insights. Manage client expectations and ensure that SEO deliverables are on time and within budget.
  • Onboarding and Audits: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits for new clients, including keyword research, on-page analysis, technical audits, and competitor benchmarking to identify areas for improvement.
  • Keyword Research and Targeting: Perform in-depth keyword research to discover opportunities, aligning with client needs, target audiences, and search intent across various industries.
  • On-Page & Technical SEO: Lead on-page optimization efforts, including content improvement, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO tasks like improving site speed, crawlability, and indexability.
  • Off-Page SEO & Link-Building Campaigns: Design and execute link-building strategies, driving high-quality backlinks for clients through outreach, partnerships, and content-based link acquisition methods.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate with internal teams such as content creators, PPC specialists, web developers, and account managers to ensure holistic client campaigns. Work alongside design and development teams to execute technical recommendations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular performance reports for clients, tracking key metrics like organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and backlink profiles using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Client Presentations & Performance Reviews: Present SEO strategies and performance updates to clients during review meetings. Address concerns, discuss future opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Agency SEO Process Improvement: Continuously refine remote SEO workflows to improve efficiency, ensuring the team remains productive and aligned on goals.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitor analysis for clients, providing insights into competitors' SEO performance, emerging trends, and opportunities to outpace competition.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior SEO role, working remotely or within distributed teams, with a focus on managing client relationships and delivering results through SEO strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage remote client relationships and explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement friendly SEO strategies across a variety of industries, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and project management software like Asana, Trello, or Jira for online collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO audits and recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting
  • Experience managing remote teams, with a focus on building team cohesion and ensuring high levels of engagement across various time zones
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience conducting virtual client meetings and delivering reports and performance reviews
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple clients and remote projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
