Contracts Specialist

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and licensing agreements.
• Ensure all contracts are legally sound, compliant with applicable laws, and aligned with company policies and strategic objectives.

• Identify legal and commercial risks in contracts and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all contractual activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.

• Lead or support negotiations with external parties to secure favorable terms and minimize legal exposure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, finance, operations) to ensure alignment on key contract terms and business objectives.

• Maintain a centralized contract repository and monitor key milestones such as renewals, expirations, and obligations.
• Support the implementation and optimization of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and processes.
• Responsible for contract archiving in coordination with the Contracts team, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.

• Provide timely and practical legal advice on contractual matters and business transactions.
• Stay current with legal and regulatory developments that may impact contractual obligations or business operations.

• Ability to write, interpret, and revise contracts with precision.

• Understanding of contract law, commercial law, and relevant regulations.

• Identifying and mitigating legal and financial risks in agreements.

• Skilled in negotiating terms with vendors, clients, or partners to reach favorable outcomes.

• Collaborating with legal, procurement, finance, and business teams.

• Explaining complex legal terms in simple language.

• Managing disputes or misunderstandings diplomatically

• University Graduate Obtained Bachelor of Law.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in a relevant industry,
