Job Description:Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for Security Operations Engineers - Level 3 for one of our partners, a global leader in Network and IT space.Job SummaryTo maintain service continuity and operational excellence by providing expert support and technical guidance for cybersecurity technologies protecting the Customer industrial infrastructure.Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex and escalated incidents.
Validate and instruct complex changes applied by L2 engineers.
Support infrastructure optimization and performance tuning.
Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Act as a technical reference for L2 Engineers - mentor and support their development.
Participate in the planning of system upgrades and migrations.
Collaborate in cross-team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or similar.
Experience: 4-6 years in security operations or infrastructure support with increasing responsibility.
Fluent in written and spoken English language.
French language is a must, required for internal coordination and meetings.
Desired Certifications:
Trellix ePO (AV)
Microsoft Defender (XDR) / WSUS / Print Services (MCSA 70-411 or equivalent)
Windows Server * Wallix (Remote Access &PAM)
Cybereason (EDR)
Zscaler (Branch Connector - SDWAN) ,ZIA and ZPA is a plus
