- Evaluate sales pitches and provide feedback to improve content, delivery, and impact.
- Facilitate coaching sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and confidence.
- Maintain clean, accurate data within the CRM system by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Build and update sales dashboards and reports to track KPIs and team performance.
- Identify insights from CRM and performance data to guide decision-making and team improvements.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Stay current on sales enablement trends and tools to improve sales team productivity and alignment.
- Support the creation and refinement of sales content, including scripts, email templates, and presentations.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, customer success, or sales support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both French and English (working language of the company).
- Familiarity with sales processes and enablement strategy is a plus.
