- Managing the relationship between IT and corporate support functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Admin, and Procurement.
- The role ensures that business requirements are effectively captured and translated into IT solutions, while ensuring all projects and change requests are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with best practices and organizational standards.
- The role plays a key part in supporting functional efficiency, system adoption, and continuous improvement by proactively engaging stakeholders, coordinating delivery efforts, and ensuring quality in both IT service and solution implementation.
- Proactively evaluates business opportunities against our knowledge of available technology solutions, to improve productivity.
- Ensure that our approach to strategy, planning and implementation of business technology projects aims to optimize business process effectiveness and is not driven by functional silos, while ensuring that consistency with the overall IT strategy is maintained.Provide guidance to Business in terms of information technology innovation and means of exploitation through a
- ssessing future technologies that will enhance business performance.
- Supports and Co-ordinates IT related business enhancement activities to ensure continued speed, direction, implementation, and benefits achievement in line with business objectives.
- Negotiates and manages the Service level Agreements between business and IT(where applicable)
- Takes ownership and delivers Project Documentations (where appropriate and/or by Project Board)•Agrees, monitors and reports on the ongoing IT service delivery of against IT ServiceLevel Agreements with Business.
- 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in business engagement, application support, or IT project delivery roles.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), HR systems, or legal.
- Familiarity with business process flows in Finance, HR, Legal, or Procurement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical business users.
- Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
