- Act as a servant leader for the Agile Release Train (ART) by :
- Listen to and support teams in problem identification and decision-making
- Create an environment of mutual influence

- Support the teams' commitments

- Act as coach who facilitates ART events and processes.
- Facilitating PI Planning through :
- Helping the ART prepare for PI Planning
- Facilitating the PIP event
- Support PI execution by:
- Tracking progress
- Facilitating periodic synchronization events - ART Synch
- Supporting ART backlog refinement
- Assists Business Owners
- Coaching the ART stakeholders:
- Coaching Scrum masters and Technical leaders in ART events including ART synch, PI planning, system demos and inspect and adapt event
- Coaching the Business owners, system architect and PMT and encourage the collaboration between various teams and system architects.
- Fostering Lean-Agile practices and mindset for Agile teams
- Supports teams in delivering values.
- Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

- Educational Background
- B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent
- Fluent in both French and English is a must
- Professional Experience
- 10+ years work experience in software development activities
