about the roleThe Product & Marketing department is in charge of decision-making information systems, serving Orange Business different line of businesses such as marketing, pre-sales, sales, production, after-sales services, and customer-service for both France and international domains.In this context, the Orange Reporting and Analytics (ORA) system is the new digital reporting solution for Orange Business customers. This application will be developed in Agile SCRUM mode following SAFe® framework to bring advanced analytical features to go beyond the historical contractual reporting features which used to be provided by the customers' service managers adding more value and meeting the customers' expectations regarding what to be reported, the look & feel, accuracy of the report, report availability and reliability.The Release Train Engineer (RTE) main objective is to :

Act as a servant leader for the Agile Release Train (ART) by :

Listen to and support teams in problem identification and decision-making
Create an environment of mutual influence
Understand and empathize with others
Encourage and support the personal development of each individual and the development of teams
Think beyond day-to-day activities and apply systems thinking
Support the teams' commitments
Be open and appreciate openness in others
Act as coach who facilitates ART events and processes.

Facilitating PI Planning through :

Helping the ART prepare for PI Planning
Facilitating the PIP event
Support PI execution by:

Tracking progress
Facilitating periodic synchronization events - ART Synch
Supporting ART backlog refinement
Assists Business Owners
Coaching the ART stakeholders:

Coaching Scrum masters and Technical leaders in ART events including ART synch, PI planning, system demos and inspect and adapt event
Coaching the Business owners, system architect and PMT and encourage the collaboration between various teams and system architects.
Fostering Lean-Agile practices and mindset for Agile teams
Supports teams in delivering values.
Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

Educational Background

B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent
Fluent in both French and English is a must

10+ years work experience in software development activities
