RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor the technical office team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to facilitate the smooth execution of construction projects.
- Conduct quality control checks and audits on technical outputs to maintain industry standards.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the technical office processes.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, technical issues, and team performance.
- Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and tools, for technical office functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, interior design , or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management or technical office roles.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, technical documentation, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
