Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with strong capabilities in both interior and exterior design, and advanced rendering skills using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically compelling spaces and delivering high-quality 3D visuals for client presentations and project approvals. This role demands a solid architectural foundation, design sensitivity, and visualization expertise.Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts and translate them into detailed designs for both interior and exterior spaces
Produce architectural drawings, mood boards, and presentation packages
Create photorealistic 3D renders using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer for ongoing and upcoming projects
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other design team members throughout the design process
Conduct site analysis and incorporate technical, functional, and contextual factors into design solutions
Ensure compliance with building codes, materials standards, and design intent
Prepare design documentation and coordinate with consultants for construction detailing
Stay updated on design trends, finishes, and visualization techniques

RequirementsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior architecture
3–6 years of experience in architectural design and visualization
Strong portfolio showcasing both architectural and interior design work, including high-quality 3D renders
Expert proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of materials, space planning, and design detailing
