  • Scan Centers:Offers advanced imaging and diagnostic services such as MRI, CT scans, ultrasound, and X-ray.Equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment and staffed by expert radiologists.
  • Cure Cemters :Specializes in renal care, including dialysis services.Focuses on providing comprehensive care for patients with chronic kidney disease.

AL-03 Head of DevelopmentThe responsibilities of a Head of Software Engineering may vary depending on the organization and industry. However, some common responsibilities include:
  • Technical Strategy: Setting and driving the technical vision and strategy for the company, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
  • Team Management: Managing and mentoring engineering teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Product Development: Overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality products or solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Hybrid Development: Ability to maintain both teams and configuration items while delivering IT changes and support fixes on both traditional and Agile Manners, also, managing consistency and compatibility between in-house and vendor developed components.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as product management, design, and operations to align technical initiatives and ensure seamless integration.
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance engineering capabilities and efficiency.
  • Resource Management: Managing resources, and timelines effectively to optimize productivity and deliver projects within allocated resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Years of Experience 15 to 20
  • Experience in managing Development team(s) in a large-scale organisation, where application landscape consists of a complex set of systems and operations.
  • Medical Software background is a plus
  • Experience in modern architecture development aspects of MicroServices, Containerized architecture, scalability etc
