- Performing monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Reviewing the general ledger, including recording daily financial transactions
- Review the bank reconciliations and contact the bank if there are any issues
- Follow up with the clients for the overdue
- Assisting with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information
- Preparing tax return sheets (VAT, Payroll, Withholding) and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Updated with the insurance and payroll tax calculation
- Review the trial balance and ensure all transactions are recorded
- Supervise junior accountant/s or accounting staff
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
- Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is typically required
- About 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with 2 years in a senior role
- Proficiency in Odoo software
- Excellent user of Microsoft Excel
- Preferred a knowledge of KSA tax law
