- Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Review and Assess resumes against job requirements and criteria.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications
- Coordinate and conduct interviews
- Send job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Experience: At least 6 months of Mass Hiring experience is a MUST.
- Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Customer Focus: A proactive approach to understanding and meeting client needs in the recruitment process.
- Teamwork: Proven experience working collaboratively within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in English, as it's essential for clear communication and documentation. preferably B2+/C1 English level.
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite- 3 days from home.
- Working hours: 4 PM - 1 AM
- Working Days: Monday through Friday.
