Job Summary

The Senior Architect ensures all architectural requirements for the project are properly coordinated and complied with to achieve the full intent of the design, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and adhering to programming requirements.

Job Responsibilities 1Lead the design process for complex projects, ensuring innovative and functional solutions that meet client needs and comply with regulations.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members, providing technical expertise and fostering professional development.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.Ensure the technical accuracy and feasibility of designs, coordinating with engineering teams to address structural and technical challenges.Maintain high standards of design quality, reviewing and approving architectural plans and drawings for compliance and accuracy.Ensure that all designs and projects adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.Facilitate collaboration between different stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.Prepare and oversee detailed architectural documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction documents.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating relevant advancements into the design process to enhance project outcomes.
